A little resizing help!

I'm on 5.0.1 on a 3gs and in order for these icons to work they need resizing to 59 x 60 px. Can anyone help me out?

I could only see the one icon, the 2 attachments didn't load for me. Here you go.

Nevermind, I guess they were transparent files. Here you go.

They are there beside the main icon, just transparent. Just right click to the right and there should be an option to save as.

This is what I've used to re-size icons since day 1 of winterboarding. Quite handy for making custom wi-fi/signal strength icons as well.
