I'm not sure this is even needed by the majority of Homebrew users. "brew update && brew upgrade" works just fine as a one-shot command. The users who would benefit the most from this script are those new to Homebrew and unfamiliar with how it works and what the specific packages are for. Other users would be less likely to add a script that adds steps to an existing process, opting instead to streamline processes instead.
