is this possible? to turn a pc into a mac?

it says here that the have an flash with the mac on it to install on a pc.
how can you do that if osx is only for macs?

I have system I built which boots multiple operating systems, OSX being one of them. There's a list of supported hardware on another enthusiast site which I followed when selecting parts for the box.

So in a word, yes. I built a hackintosh.
