CompUSA has a very cool insurance program. The "Peripheral Carry-In Replacement Plan." I got one with my new iPod, what if you drop your iPod getting it out of your pocket or something, there goes your $400 iPod. The CompUSA insurance plan for $35 for 1 year (renewable) covers you for $350-$500 the cost of your iPod. If you drop it, break it, falls in water, fire, run over it some how; it's a walk in exchange for a new one. I think thats pretty cool. When my iPod is old and all scratched up i think it will have an accident with a hammer. Hey, new iPod! Just kidding. I bet they do want some kind of explanation and information on how it happened. I'm going to call them later and see what it covers and what it doesn't. It might be a no questions asked that would be cool.
