A New iPhone, or what?

I found this while looking around for apps on iTunes, and going on the firemint website. It looks like a merge of the iPhone and the iPod Touch 1st gen. Would they photoshop it like that, would Apple give them a non-released iPhone or what?

Because art does not have to imitate life exactly.

The airplanes in the game aren't 100% real, and so to match, neither is the iPhone. That's the point of doing something artistically. If they wanted it to be perfect they'd have used a photo.
