Hello,
We've started a Leopard tips and hints site for beginners. It's all step-by-step, illustrated (lots of screenshots), user-friendly website... to get the most out of your mac, especially if you're a switcher or a beginner. We hope you'll love it as much as we do :p !
We'd really appreciate your advice to make it even better.

http://www.easyleopard.com

It's 100% free, although we've put some google ads to pay the hosting.

Enjoy !!!

very good site! very well designed!

just a few observations if you want some advise? the leopard install disc shown with the leopard cub (cute BTW :D) is the leopard server install disk and not the normal leopard client which most people use. the leopard desktop image on the home page is of the Leopard beta shown at WWDC 07 and not the final Leopard release. also "fastly" isnt a word... maybe change it to "change apps quickly"?

Great site! Nicely laid out. I'm a newbie of the mac...so I found many of these tips/hints very useful.

Most of my time is spent in other linux/unix systems, so I'm always in a terminal. The iTerm you mention under useful apps, rocks! Lots of great features for those always in a terminal or ssh session.

Thanks!
Gary

With the zoom tip in Advanced Tips, the same effect can be achieved by holding Control while scrolling with the mouse or trackpad :)

Great site, by the way. I'll be sure to refer this onto my newbie mates.

Thank you for your answers

We are very pleased by your answers, and happy that you like the website :D
richthomas, it's true, we've designed the logo before leopard was out, so we need to change this, and we changed the "fastly". And also the "diaporama" which means "slideshow".
thejadedmonkey, we never thought of this, good idea, thanks !

We are doing our best to update the site daily, so keep an eye on it (and tell your friends ;) )

Cheers,

Nicholas, Loïc and Vincent
