As some here may know I've had a Pegasus R4 for a couple of months now. In the last couple of days, the NVRAM log started showing bad sectors on drive three...Not many, but I was obliged by discount to right a report on the unit, so I emailed Promise....Response? Zip, Nada, nothing.....Okay, I called Apple who said although it wasn't really their issue they would arrange for a completely new unit to be delivered TOMRROW! and would collect the "Old" one in the next couple of days.
When I suggested that they just contacted Promise and asked them for a replacement HDD my sales guy said "They don't talk to us either"
Me? i'm happy, but Promise need to up their game big time on premium product support.
