hello

After replacing my battery iphone 4s i accidently lost one of the screws and couldnt find it
anyway i screwed one of the screws back and left the other one unscrewed

u can see in picture

the red one is screwed but the orange one no

now the phone is working just fine so is it ok to leave it like that??
 
Without knowing exactly what the screw is attached to, I have no idea. If it is used to connect any components to a common ground, then it may be important.

Goto an Apple store and ask for a spare screw, they may just give you one for free. Alternatively, contact iFixit and ask if they'll sell you that specific screw.
 
Same thing happened to me. I lost a screw or two but it was fine
