A problem of BT mighty mouse

I've been using a wired mighty mouse and everything is fine. I just bought a BT wireless MM for my MB.

However, the two buttons on the side are very hard to push. I have to squeeze them. I don't have to do that in my wired MM.

Is it common for BTMM? Or should I contact Apple and ask for a replacement?

You're meant to squeeze the buttons, it's a very deliberate action so it doesn't go off by accident through normal use.

I don't have to squeeze them so hard with my wired mighty mouse. I was just wondering if it was a flaw. And thanks for replying!

Are you within warranty? You could take it back to an Apple Store and get a replacement, perhaps.

It loosens up a bit over time.
