A quarter of my spacebar isn't/wasn't working

I bought my MacBook about three months ago (the first generation MacBook), and a quarter of the spacebar isn't/wasn't working (the far right portion) for more than a week now. I can't believe it. I made an appointment with the Genius Bar to see what's going on.

Has anyone had this issue? I haven't been happy with my MacBook at all for a variety of reasons (one is the keyboard; after three months, I still can't get used to it).

As I type this, that section of my spacebar is working again after not working for more than a week. Wow. So weird.

I've been looking at the Surface Pro and it's really nice. I'm so tempted to get one, but I'm scared since I've only ever had Mac products.

The main problem of the rMB's keyboard is that is has so little travel, that everything that crawls beneath a single key may render that key unusable. Maybe there was a little bit of lint/dust or some crumbs under that very part of the spacebar which caused it to not work temporarily...

Despite from that, why are you unhappy with the rMB?
