The manual of Logic Pro (or almost any other professional software) is a good resource for which you paid part of your money, with Logic Pro that is almost 500 USD.

You mean you want to mix the tracks into a stereo audio file. That is a primary function of Logic 9 or any recording software. But how to mix a song wouild take a book length answer.
What you need is to go either read the entire user manual front to back or subscribe to a video training site that has many Logic tutorials. The later actually works. Look at these guys http://www.macprovideo.com/tutorials/logic+studio-suite
Logic has a steep learning curve, if you spend a few nights a week studying, expect it to take weeks or months of study to come up to speed, You are NOT going to learn it b reading a forum post.
