I’m looking for a way to find the full character count of an Excel document (including multiple sheets) to determine differences in many Excels that I have. I’ve seen on YouTube the formulas to count per cell or per column or per sheet, but does anyone know of a way to show the total character count for the full document? Thank you in advance.

My recommendation is just to add up the characters from all the sheets.

ooof, too many sheets in too many excels, is there any other less laborious way of doing it?
