A question about my rMBP

So I bought an early 2013 rMBP from best buy on Black Friday it was the last they in stock of the early 2013.Is there a noticeable difference between a early and mid 2013 rmbp the one I bought is 8/256 and a 2.6 i5 with hd4000,will my early 2013 last as long as a mid 2013?

Short answer, yes. Power wise, the graphics are better in the 2013. But the one you got will be perfect for regular use for many many years.
