I have a couple of folders in my Documents folder on my iMac that I would either like to move or get rid of:

Could someone tell me what Myriad Documents is? Can I delete it or move it to another location on my HD?

Also, I'm curious about the Microsoft User Data. I know I can't delete that, but where can it be moved to?

Leave Microsoft User Data alone. There's no easy way for you to both move it and have it not be recreated there. It just stores some miscellaneous user files for Office programs.

I don't know what Myriad Documents, I'm presuming you use this. If it doesn't have an option to place that folder elsewhere, advice = same as above.

Basically, I know what the OCD is like, but you're better off not messing with these things. The folder will either be re-created the next time you run the program or moving it will cause unexpected behavior. It's arguably poor form for these programs to make these folders, but you'll be better off just learning to ignore it.
