I am going to buy some RAM for my G5 (2 gig of RAM) and i was wondering what sort of noticeable differances will i see?
I mostly use my G5 for audio work and the soft sampler (NI Kontakt) i use buffers the samples in the memory and i wanted to know how it would imporve the performance?

Of course we all know that the more you can have in RAM the less you need to hassle the Hard drives for data

Since your doing audio the RAM will hold cached data which will speed things up

Also Mac OS X will make good use of the memory when your not using it yourself so hopefully you should notice a good difference
