General A Question Regarding SBSettings' BlueTooth Toggle

Is there a way of installing this toggle (or something like it) and have it work with Activator, without having to install SBSettings? The BT toggle is only I am missing, as I am already using NCsettings and Springtomize, and I need the redundancy.

In case it matters, I'm on a 4S running 6.1.2

Any help would be appreciated.

Why not just install SBsettings and not use it at all, just assign the bluetooth toggle in activator?

Because I'm trying to keep my iPhone as lean as possible. No unnecessary tweaks. I want to keep my iPhone 'snappy'.
