a quick question about short cut key

Hi,

I have a quick question about shortcut;

So backspace on Mac is "fn+delete" right?
I was wondering if there is any way to change this "fn+delete" combination to "command+delete".

YOu should be able to do that.

System preferences > keyboard > KB shortcut, then add the command under All Applications.

I don't think this is possible, as command+delete in most apps deletes the file/document. This is at least true for the built-in apps.
