A reliable thunderbolt dock

Hi,

Do you have a reliable thunderbolt dock for a macbook pro 13 inches 2020?

I have 2x 4K monitors that have USB-C, HDMI and DP ports.

I currently have an Elgato thunderbolt dock 3. My problem is from time to time, when I connect my MBP to it, a screen won’t come up. I have to disconnect it and reconnect it. Sometimes I need to unplug other cables until everything comes back.


I would like a dock that always works. You just plug the thunderbolt cable and it works, all the time.

At the same time IDK if the problem is really the dock or my MBP.

Anyone here with a dock working all the time?

FYI I found one. The Calldigit Element Hub thunderbolt 4 solved all my problems. Everything works all the time. I even daisy chain my Elgago and it works fine.
