A server app that appears in the menu bar, not in the dock??

I downloaded an app (forgotten the name) that when running makes my mac a VNC server thing so that I can view my desktop from my iPhone using an app I downloaded. I was just wondering if there was a similar app (or even if it is a feature in leopard) that I can download so it won't appear in the dock when running. It'll just run quietly in the menu bar. Is there such a thing? Thanks.
