No, not the Apple Leather OEM case.

Many cases wraps/skins will fit just not that particular one.

Slick wraps naked back wrap fits only if you alter bottom corners. Rest works perfectly well without any wrap lifting. That was my setup last week. Wrapped my phone again with slick wraps naked wrap and using without leather case.

Take it into an Apple store and try it. They have the Leather and Silicone cases in all colors for you to try out.
