A smaller screen protector for cases?

Does anyone know if there's a screen protector that is slightly smaller than the usual ones and works with cases? The incase slider is my favorite case, but it lifts screen protectors. I'd love to find one that fits in the space left open by the slider.

I know one of the skin companies (BSE, IS, etc.) made something like that awhile back, but I can't find it now. Thanks.
