I remember seeing something like this in another thread. A store called Macessity has a couple options, Lowkey, and SlimKey.

I have no idea if they are any good as I don't own either (or a mac for that matter). However, maybe looking for something like these when I finally get around to getting my first mac, so i'll follow this thread and see what other suggestions you get.

Thanks for the suggestions. However, it doesn't seem to hold much underneath.

Looks like it's time to go the route of the DIY.

Whoa i really like both of these designs that everyone seems to be posting, love the USB hub built in and everything. Might have to get one for my new iMac.

Can anyone recommend me a stand that is strong enough to support a 27" iMac? By a stand, I mean something like this:

P.S., iMac arrives in 4 days!

I have had this stand

for about 7 years, when I bought mine USB 3 wasn't available. Sometime earlier this year my hub failed and the company replaced my USB hub with a USB 3 hub for a cost of course however because I was able to get the part and not have to get another external hub I was very happy. Good quality product, I love mine.
