It's Rain Design's mStand. I have a couple, one at work and one at home. The one at work rotates on a lazy susan and the one at home is fixed. They are both really sturdy, really well made stands. They aren't cheap though. I like that they have good cable management and allow putting a keyboard underneath the stand.

I found one of these at a swap-meet for $5 a couple years ago and use it on my MBP-15. Works great!

I had the original Rain Design mstand but a family member needed it when they started working from home. It’s built with super thick aluminum and weighs like 10 pounds. It’s built like a tank just one solid hunk of aluminum. The quality of it is really high.
