A Submit story page?

Why doesnt the board have a place for members to submit stories? Is this a possible addition.
Maybe a page where you can post a link to the actual story(rumor)..

Because you can submit news from the front page just like everyone else. And if you want to attach your forum name, there's a field for that too.
