This tiny lizard crawled into the bit at the front of my mac and i'm wondering if it would die down there or cause a problem.

Do you think he can find his way out? He's a reptile and they like warm places. Turn off the Mac and put it in a cool place. If he didn't already meet his fate he'll want to move on.
