A travel question

My wife and I want to travel from North America, preferably somewhere in eastern Canada, like Halifax, to Europe. Here's the kicker though. We want to travel on motorcycles and be able to get on a boat, with the motorcycles, and go that way.

Shipping M/C seperately is a hassle with customs, most of the time.

Is what we want to do possible? Does anybody know of any ships that allow you to take a vehicle with you?
