Cool pic. I get to see most of the shuttle launches from my front door, but this is an awesome perspective. I can see Kennedy Space Center on plane approaches to Orlando and always wonder what a launch would look like from a plane, Now I know.
 
Definitely an awesome picture. I could just imagine looking out the window and then seeing that flying up in the distance.

A few years back a very unique picture of the Challenger explosion surfaced. It was taken from an airplane. I just googled looking for it but haven't been able to find it. It was taken several seconds after the explosion.

The person that took this photo (@Stefmara) had like 100 followers on twitter 5 minutes before posting that photo on twitter. A few hours later she had over 5k. Amazing what timing will do for you.
 
Seriously, if that was me, I'd have screamed "UFOUFOUFOUFO" and put on my tin foil hat.

Awesome photo though - once in a lifetime shot, almost.
