so I upgraded to the leaked 2.0 firmware thursday night and bought super monkey ball because i wanted to play it at work on friday; it worked like a charm. so i get home friday night and read about the official firmware release and decide it would probably be for the best to "upgrade" to the official firmware. after this "upgrade" the only thing that would not work is Super Monkey Ball. when I clicked on the app it would say something along the lines of: "The app "Monkey Ball" could not be opened". What I had to do is delete the app from my phone and then resync the app using iTunes back onto my phone. The only problem with that is, all my data from playing earlier that day had to be erased when I deleted the app from my phone. So that got me to think, is there a way to back up that data and similar data from other apps? I like to mess around with my phone and be curious with it knowing that a simple restore and resync with itunes will put me right back where I want to be. But I would not like to have to redo all of the accomplishments/preferences that I have made in my games/other apps all over again. any help? anyone else feel the same way?
