Don't get me wrong, Synapse is great for games but when it comes to everything else Steer Mouse or USB Overdrive just works so much better. Unfortunately Synapse doesn't play nice with other device managers so I have to uninstall and restart my Mac everytime I'm done playing a game. It's a royal pain and makes me wanna face palm when I try to think as to why there isn't a simple "Disable Razer Synapse" menu somewhere (nope, its not in the menu bar either).

A way to disable Razer Synapse 2.0 without having to uninstall it everytime I wanna use another USB device manager?

Sorry I have not been able to have luck with it and you are not alone.
You should seriously consider yourself lucky that you got synapse mac working properly- at all.
I am using karabiner to control my keymappings on my black widow chroma x. Synapse variously connects or not and often asks me to re-login even though I told it to stay logged in. Try to load any custom keymappings from the internet and you could find yourself so wedged you need to create another synapse account (Tech support is unable to delete your profiles- you just have to cross your fingers and hope somehow Synapse does it correctly).
I use it on windows to set my lighting and then plug it back into the mac. You can do it with bootcamp too.
Synapse 3 probably aint comin; Apple not any help removing support for kernel extensions and removing 32 bit support all at the same time in Catalina. I would not want to stay on the platform either.
