A way to keep windows on top when you click the backgorund of another app?

I'm currently using Logic and following an instructional .mov and going the the demos with and was wondering is there anyway I can keep the .mov window on top?

At the moment, when I click Logic the movie/quicktime window disappears behind Logic and I have to squeeze the mouse every time to get it back. I get that you can make the Logic window smaller, and have them side by side, though to have Logic fully open and click around in it whilst the quicktime movie is on top would be great.

To add, is there a way to actually keep any app on top when you click the background of another app?

You could always use VLC to watch your movies as that has a 'float on top' option to keep the video on top?
