A way to recover pin

Is there a way to recover a pin i forgot on my iPhone 4s
I just got it yesterday and one of my friends put a passcode on it to 'troll'
And he claims he 'forgot'
yeah sure i say
So can i try to troll the troller and get back my pin? or do i have to reinstall or get stuff off my iphone like using iexplorer or ifunbox. I personally don't want to go all the way to jailbreaking cos im a noob

that 'troller' decided to do something with find my iphone on my iphone
So could i access the settings through the lock screen?
Sorry but I don't buy your story. Sounds like you have a stolen phone. You can't do much unless you can unlock it.
