I didn't bother viewing source, so I won't comment on that, but as to design:
1) In Safari on my Mac, on each header (i.e., About Me) the text is right against the bottom of the blue underlying color. I would add a pixel or 2 of height to the blue bar so the text is more centered (vertically aligned) within the bar.
2) The header that reads "Information for people intersting in being interviewed... first off, I think you meant to type interested, not intersting. Secondly, because the blue bar tapers to white at the right edge I can barely read the word interviewed.
Just a couple of quick thoughts!

Here are a couple of quick thoughts:
1. The main graphic at the top of the page isn't dynamic enough for my tastes. I would try making a bigger scaling difference between the two, andmoving them a little closer. I just the feeling that a huge "river" is cutting the graphic in half. Maybe it needs some text.
2. Subject headers do not seem to pop out enough, and as the previous poster stated, the long headers are fading into your gradient.
3. The page is still titled "untitled document". For some unkown reason, this is a big pet peeve of mine.
4. I am certainly not an english scholar, but I would suggest the the copy be re-worked. Maybe this is not your call, but some of the sentences are way too long. Short and Sweet is the best policy, especially with web stuff.

I'm not as bothered by the graphic at the top- although it is rather large. Nor am I bothered by the type in the headers sitting flush on the background baseline.

The blue fading to white, Some of the words disappear and I can't read them. Maybe even center the whole thing if possible, because there is a lot of space off to the right. Other than that, just make the words in the blue fading off area are readable. The white letters like p could be taken as an o and not a p since the part that extends is in the white.
