a white unknown mouse?

I don't see the correlation between the monitor and keyboard not being Apple and that prohibiting the mouse and unseen tower from being so.
IMO, it looks like a MagicMouse with the ElevationLab's Magicgrips... but to my knowledge the Magicgrips only come in black.

Does anybody else see what looks like either a scroll wheel, or maybe a scroll-ball?
Magic mouse doesn't have anything there (doesn't need it), but I don't recall seeing ANOTHER mouse that otherwise appears to have the profile of a magic mouse, but with a scroll wheel (?)
