A Windows App That Works Like Fluid?

Hi all,

You're likely aware of a nifty little Mac app called Fluid that allows you to turn websites in to Mac OSX apps.

I'm writing a review and am wondering if there are Windows apps that do essentially the same thing. I know this isn't the ideal place to ask, but I know some of you are not exclusive to Mac.

I did some more digging, and discovered that there was a Windows app called Prism that did essentially the same thing as Fluid, but it's been discontinued.
