A1297 gmux done via programmer, no backlight when battery reach 30%

Hi to everyone, I own a a1297 from 2011, ive done the gmux reprogramming and all worked fine, but now I have this odd fault when the battery reach 30% I don't have backlight. On charger it's fine all the time, on battery soon it reach 30% no backlight, if a switch off and on again I get chime, image and all seem fine after it ask for password on the is screen goes black.

Does anyone had this issue before?
