a1424 compatible power supply with magsafe2

Hi
i bought a compatible 85w power supply for the macbook pro. Once the mac is plugged in it tells me the power supply doesn't work for 85W
I tried to open it and I checked the voltage which is 20V and 7.07A.
Perhaps there are too many Amps it supplies ... It seems strange to me

maybe it is the chip contained in the magsafe that is not working well?

Where did you purchase the charger?
