a1466 air 2011 Gets stuck on loading bar?

hi guys i have a 2011 MBA a1466 and i have tried everything even swapping SSDs and still same issue , just hangs on full laoding bar with apple logo ? and after a while if i press any key i can here the normal feedback u would when ur on the login screen but just stuck on that loading bar screen??

Same image appears when using an external monitor? Tried a SMC and NVRAM reset?

Try booting from Lion, Mtn Lion, Maverick, Yosemite, etc - USB boot drive...

this mac doesnt have hdmi but ill try to get a lion or mtn lion usb installer and try that
