Hello all.
I recently bought the dual SIM Hong Kong version of the iPhone 11 Pro Max. I swapped my AT&T SIM in, and it works fine. However, I’m having issues with my Spectrum Mobile (Verizon MVNO) line. Trying to place calls on my phone led to their customer support. They essentially said that I needed a new SIM, but putting my IMEI on their website said that my phone is incompatible. I know that since I called their support number from the phone that it is in fact compatible with their network (at least for calls). Should I bother getting a new SIM or is the A2220 iPhone not compatible with CDMA networks? I thought the Chinese version has the same hardware as the US version with the exception of the dual physical SIM?
