A2DP in OSX

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the bluetooth parameters in OSX like the sample rate and such?

I have Motorola DC800 that works perfectly fine for pairing and playing music from my iPhone but when I try to pair it from my mac it sounds tinny and quiet... I'm wondering if the A2DP settings need tweaked a bit because it's obviously just nowhere near the quality it should be.

Sorry to bring up this old thread, but I've been looking for a solution to this problem for a few weeks and I just found an answer:

Type this into Terminal: "defaults write com.apple.BluetoothAudioAgent "Apple Bitpool Min (editable)" 50"

Worked miracles for me.
