I have done a flyer on pages on A4 size using one of the templates but I need to make it only half the size so I can print two identical copies side by side on a single piece of A4 paper. Is it possible to shrink everything in the same proportions? I tried grouping everything together but when I make it smaller, the text size does not change. Is there a way round this?

Thanks

The easiest way to do this is to print two pages on the same page. This is achieved through the print dialogue box in the layout section in the drop down menu under the number of pages.

Selet 2 per page, and then the layout you want and away you go!

If you're still unsure there is an option in the bottom right of the dilogue box to open a pdf version in preview to check you've done it right.

Hope this helps!

Don't bother using pages to adjust everything, just use the print dialog to do that for you. There will be an option in the page layout section to print two copies on a single A4 paper, which is effectively 2xA5.

If you are sending this to a professional printers, just tell them to do the same thing.
