Hi guys

I'm a little bit confused. I have an iPad Air and it's description says that it contains both an A7 and M7 chip. Can anyone tell me what is the difference and what each one of them does ? I thought A7 was for mobiles and m7 for iPads ...very confused

A7 is an Apple A-series CPU, the first 64-bit processor in the line.

M7 is Apple's first motion co-processor, a low-speed, low-energy processor that interacts with the iPhone's sensors to track physical activity (as much as it can just sitting in your pocket).
