Ok, here's the scenario. Mac 4,1 flashed to 5,1. Two drives, one 1TB, one 2TB. I was trying to install Windows Server 2019, and while I was trying to delete partitions off the 2TB drive, I accidentally deleted off the 1TB drive, which was my main high sierra boot partition. Luckily, I have high sierra on the second(2tb) drive, but all the goodies and stuff are on the first drive(Not a lot of stuff, but I really don't want to have to reinstall a crapload of apps and recustomize the desktop to my liking) . Right now, there is only one partition left on the 1TB drive, and that is the Apple_Boot recovery HD. What are my options?

Well, if you keep no backups... I think you already know. If you have anything important that was lost you can use data recovery software to get it back, as it's likely still present on the drive, but the table storing the locations of everything has likely been cleared already, meaning it's a longer process than just reinstalling apps if that's all.
