iPod AAC or MP3?

Which is the better format to use and keep my itunes library in? and Why?

aac is the best quality but takes up a lot of room about 300 megs per cd. mp3 is a lesser quality but takes up far less room.

um WRONG at every level......


AAC is better quality for the file size

However, it sounds as if your library is already mp3 so keep it that way as any encoding is as good as the source

all other imports though, use aac
