AAC ringtones with 1.1.3?

Hello,

I'm brand new to the iPhone (just picked it up today). I'm wondering if there's a way to convert AAC files in my iTunes library into ringtones?

TUAW has nice detailed way of doing this but simply put:

take the aac file - song.m4a and rename it to song.m4r
remove song from itunes
double click on song.m4r in finder

done.

also you can export section from garage band and say create ringtone
