abiword's toolbar buttons have color loss, any idea?

i tried every version from 2.2 to 2.4.5, all have this problem, my copy is from official website of abiword
my system is intel mac os 10.4.8
any idea?
Same problem here, on a brand new MacBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.4.8. Did you find a solution?

Let me guess: you have an Intel Mac. This is a bug with Apple Rosetta
software that translate PowerPC to Intel at runtime.
