If they are PAID apps you have the right to download again and again. If they are unpaid or free, you simply download them again.

Another question would anyone have recommendations for the best VOIP app? I get maybe one bar in my house and sometimes have to step outside on my porch to make calls. Want to use my home wifi since a friend told me how this works
