Got my iPhone around 9:45am CST, and it took me less than 10 mins to activate after a few retries. I set up as new and only had to download a few apps to get my iphone fully operational!

For music, I use AudioGalaxy so I just had to login in that app; for Contacts, I only had to synch to Gmail; and for Photos, they all are on Flickr and a some on Dropbox.

I still haven't connected to iTunes and all of my stuff is already on my phone! :D
