Or one that doesn't have a contract? I upgraded to an iPhone 4s in December of 2011. Are we able to preorder the 5 without a contract? I haven't heard one way or the other yet.

What contract are you currently on? 12 month? 24 month?

US. 24 month contract with AT&T. I want to order through Apple though.
