which torrent is the best for Mac. why my internet will become super lag when i start my utorrent or even bittorrent. pls suggest and help pls..

I use Transmission but uTorrent is good as well. It's not surprise that the internet speed will decrease because torrents usually hog huge amount of the bandwidth. However, you can limit the bandwidth so that it won't make your browser unusable

i tried low everything to possible but still eat a lot of the speed but never happen when im using on window.
