iPod touch about 2.1 update

I never upgraded to 2 because i heard of problems with battery life and wifi connectivity. Anyone know if these were resolved in 2.1?

My Touch has never had any wifi or battery life problems, which means the prpblems you've heard of were random problems and not consistant or common in every Touch made.

Get the update. You'll get access to the Apps store. 2.1 is more reliable than 2.0.?.

I would bet so. I've got now the 2.1 firmware on the iPod and it seems faster, and better.
